This promotion is more than well-earned—it’s a testament to Tiffany’s steady leadership, operational insight, and deep commitment to the people-first mission that powers iCopy’s growth.

Since joining the company during a time of rapid expansion, Tiffany has made a lasting impact on every area of the business. From leading complex departmental reorganizations to building scalable infrastructure and improving client service workflows, she has helped transform how we operate—while never losing sight of who we do it for: our clients and our team.

Since stepping into her role as COO in January, Tiffany has been leading through a pivotal moment in iCopy’s growth strategy. Working closely with CEO Bridgette Ferraro, CTO Nicholas Luthy, company ownership, and leaders across departments, Tiffany will play a key role in helping us scale with structure, serve with precision, and lead with heart.

Q: What does being named COO of iCopy Legal mean to you personally and professionally?

It’s an extraordinary personal milestone and a deeply meaningful professional achievement. Personally, it reflects years of perseverance, strategic thinking, and growth. Professionally, it represents the privilege — and responsibility — of helping to steer iCopy’s future while honoring the foundation that brought us here.

Q: Can you share a bit about your journey with iCopy—how you started and what roles you've held?

I joined iCopy during a pivotal period of expansion, initially tasked with strengthening operational workflows and enhancing client service delivery. Over time, my role evolved organically to encompass leadership of multiple departments, strategic planning, and cultural refinement. Each chapter has been marked by a focus on sustainability, scalability, and elevating our standards.

Q: What are some accomplishments you’re most proud of during your time here?

I’m proud of building and reinforcing the operational infrastructure that allowed iCopy to grow without compromising quality or client experience. Implementing rigorous reporting systems, streamlining internal communication, supporting team development, and driving key client initiatives have all been instrumental accomplishments — but above all, I’m proud of fostering a culture of accountability, resilience, and ambition.

Q: What excites you most about this new chapter for iCopy Legal and your role in it?

The opportunity to refine and expand what we’ve built — to operate not just at scale, but at a higher level of sophistication. I’m energized by the chance to deepen our client partnerships, enhance our technological agility, and develop future leaders within the company.

Q: How would you describe your leadership style?

Strategic, pragmatic, and people-centered. I set clear expectations, empower autonomy, and lead with decisiveness. I value direct communication, critical thinking, and creating an environment where accountability and innovation coexist.

Q: What are your short-term priorities as COO?

Q: What’s one challenge you’re eager to take on in this role?

Maintaining operational excellence while navigating the complexities of accelerated growth. Striking the balance between adaptability and structural discipline will be a core focus.

Q: Who or what has inspired your professional journey the most?

My leadership style has been shaped by two generations of women — and one remarkable man — who raised me. Great-Grandpa Thomas taught me the value of patience without passivity, and the importance of moving with intention rather than simply tolerating what is. Great-Grandma Betty led with quiet empathy, unwavering kindness, and selflessness. And my Grandma Anita is the rare blend of steady and fierce — grounded, reliable, and never afraid to stand her ground. Together, they showed me that strong leadership doesn’t need to be loud to be effective. I’ve also had the privilege of learning from key mentors who modeled what principled, results-driven leadership looks like in action. And through it all, I’ve remained inspired by the transformative power of operational excellence — because when the right systems are in place, people and organizations don’t just function — they thrive.

Q: When you’re not working, how do you like to recharge?

I recharge by seeking out quiet, low-stimulation spaces — reading, writing, or getting outside. I believe the best decisions are made in clarity, not chaos, so I intentionally protect the environments that allow me to think strategically.

Q: Anything else you’d like our team or our audience to know about this next step in your career?

I'm incredibly proud of what iCopy has accomplished so far, but I’m even more excited about what lies ahead. The best organizations don't just grow — they evolve with intentionality — and I’m honored to be part of leading that evolution.
